Imbalances in our lives typically happen on an energetic level and we typically don't realize what that feels like. It then shows up on an emotional level in the forms of depression, anxiety, stress, etc. Western society teaches us to process the emotional at a 'more appropriate time'. We make up 1000 excuses to not address or distract ourselves with food, alcohol, cigarettes, drugs or medicate it away. When left unprocessed, these issues almost always show up on a physical level and we turn towards Western medicine to cure the symptoms instead of the real issue and then the carousel begins!

If we take time to explore, discover and face the true issues affecting our lives we then have the ability to shed the excess 'stuff' and make room for our true potential. Since none of these imbalances happened over night, it is unrealistic to believe that they will shift overnight. For optimum impact it is best to engage in a plan of action to address each one and move forward.

The 4-Week Jumpstart is a targeted plan to address the core issues which are affecting your life. When working through core issues it is best to receive Reiki at least 3-4 times within a 4-6 week period. The 4-Week Jumpstart Plan is designed for just this purpose, to effectively resolve problematic areas happening in our life. The sessions offer space for meditation, intuitive guidance and Reiki to allow insights on how to resolve and move forward in our life.

Spirit Coaching: 

This plan consists of four weekly sessions either in-person, phone or Skype. Since there are times when we need assistance to navigate core life issues, Spirit Coaching offers an opportunity to gain objective insight on places where we feel stuck. In this discussion-based session we use the past only to gain understanding of the present. Then together we focus on a way to move forward. Jennifer sources her spiritual experience, intuitive guidance and working with the energetic body to assist and support you in stepping into what you truly want. 

These sessions are best for goal-oriented people who are willing to take responsibility for their life and interested in moving forward at a pace they can handle. 

4-Week Spirit Coaching In-person ~ $280 a $20 savings

4-Week Spirit Coaching via phone/Skype ~ $240 a $20 savings

Distance Reiki Healing by phone/Skype:

This plan consists of  four weekly Distance Healing sessions beneficial to those who prefer to receive Reiki in the comfort of their own space. Since Reiki can transcend space and time, it is available to anyone, in any place. Once the appointment is scheduled, Jennifer will connect with you via email, phone or Skype allowing you to thoroughly express what life issues you are experiencing. The day of the appointment, Jennifer will connect with you via phone or Skype to briefly check in. The session then continues offline while you relax in your own space and receive the healing of Reiki energy.

4-week Distance Healing via phone/Skype ~ $240 a $20 savings

Reiki :

This plan consists of four weekly sessions which are 75min in length. As a practitioner I work with the energetic centers known as the chakras. Each of these centers govern particular organs and emotions in the body. Based on the information you provide in the New Client Questionnaire and discussion before we use Reiki, I get an idea of what may be imbalanced. From this place I invite you to lie fully clothed on a comfortable therapy table just as you would for massage or acupuncture. You will be treated to a brief shiatsu to press out physical tension. Stationary hand positions scented with essential oils will then guide Reiki, pure chi, through the body. While everyone receives Reiki a little differently, most people feel an immediate sense of calm after the session as if they've been grounded in their body for a very long time.

4-Week Reiki ~ $300 a $40 savings

Soulwork:

This plan consists of four weekly sessions which are an 1hour & 45min in length. Allowing us to explore specific areas of your life where you feel stuck. Offering Reiki as the primary modality and paired with intuitive guidance and/or guided meditation we will sift through and untie the emotional and energtic knots so you can grow, evolve and move forward.

4-week Soulwork ~ $480 a $60 savings

Reiki & Massage:

The ultimate indulgence! We pair the perfect combination of Reiki and Wellness Massage to nourish mind, body and being. Choose 4, 90min sessions which allow 30 minutes of Back, Neck and Shoulder Massage and flows into the restorative practice of Reiki. Or choose 4, 2 hour sessions which allow for a full hour massage then flowing into Reiki. These sessions are perfect for anyone who is need of emotional & physical balance. Also a wonderful complement for pain or stress management.

4-week 90min Reiki & Massage ~ $420 a $40 savings
