It is an energetic bath. A monthly sanctuary where you put on your headphones, listen to an ambient soundtrack engineered to balance cortisol and drop your mind into deep theta state. And because energy, awareness, and the subtle body are not bound by physical proximity, Jennifer sends you a live transmission of Distance Reiki in real time. Four annual Resonance Circles are planned over the seasonal shifts of solstices and equinoxes. Each seasonal Resonance Circle holds 3 monthly sanctuaries consisting of:

The 1st Saturday of the Month 10am PST — Live Distance Reiki Transmission: A 60-minute Saturday morning gathering to clear accumulated static, regulate the vagus nerve, and bring alignment into your subtle energy body. (Guided meditation, then lie down, and simply receive the Reiki.)

The 15th of the Month — Mid-Month Energy Reset: A seasonally attuned 20-minute audio & journal prompt dropped directly to your inbox to dissolve mid-month tension and help you recall your sovereign self.

The Seasonal Threshold Ritual — A special audio & guide offering clearing and ritual at the solstice or equinox of the season to prepare you for the coming season.
