what is reiki?
The Japanese word, "Reiki" is translated as Universal Life Force Energy. Yet in practice, it reveals itself as a loving, intelligent current that weaves through all living things maintaining equilibrium. When it is consciously invited inward, it can be an extraordinary catalyst for personal change and spiritual evolution. Reiki is meant to be revered as a devoted spiritual discipline. A true spiritual path does not give you anything outside yourself; rather, it gently unveils what has always been there—your innate capacity for clear wisdom, boundless compassion, grounded presence, and oneness with life. Through Reiki, we align with this unconditioned source to harmonize the nervous system, restore wholeness, and gently return home to an awakened mind.
what is An attunement?
no plant medicine, no dogma, no journeys, just a simple meditative practice with life force energy.
A Reiki attunement is a sacred initiation that gently opens your energetic channels—especially the crown and heart—aligning you directly with Universal Life Force Energy. Rather than granting power from outside, the attunement awakens what is already within you. It heightens your vibratory frequency, regulates the nervous system, and dissolves long-held energetic blocks, making the flow of life force tangible and accessible. With each level, this attunement deepens your connection. Through daily meditation and self-treatment, the frequency stabilizes within your vessel, turning divine light into a reliable, everyday anchor for your emotional balance, clarity, and embodiment.
"Listen to your heart, because it came from the Soul of the World"

Q&A
How does The Sacred Vessel differ from your past weekend Reiki Wisdom School formats?
The difference lies in the shift from education to evolution.
My weekend Reiki Wisdom School was a beautiful, intensive training. It was an incredible entry point designed to teach students the core mechanics of Reiki. The Sacred Vessel is not a weekend workshop; it is a 7-week journey specifically designed for individuals who are ready to work with the high frequency of Reiki as a way to regulate their baseline, upgrade in our modern world and weave magic into your life!
Will I be a certified Reiki Practitioner after completing this program?
While you will receive your official Usui Reiki Attunement and certificate, this program is intentionally designed to go far beyond a standard skill-based training. You will absolutely graduate with the legal and spiritual lineage authority to practice hands-on Reiki. The core focus of the Inner Vessel Reiki School is teaching you how to use this high frequency as a private, sovereign daily ritual. If or when you do feel called to practice Reiki on others, Continuing Education classes, Reiki Shares and professional development courses in our developing Outer Vessel Reiki School are here to support you in building your skill sets.
I'm already certified in Reiki, but this looks very intriguing and different from my Reiki training, can I still enroll?
Yes! The Inner Vessel offers a deepening for your soul. Over our 6 weeks together we'll learn how to work with Reiki in a whole new way. We only ask that you begin again at Level 1 to create a cohesive learning experience. It's best to discuss first and assess.
I’m not looking to start a healing business. Is this program still for me?
Absolutely! In fact, it was built specifically for you. The Inner Vessel is first and foremost a personal path of self-mastery and deep internal recalibration. You don't need to want a career in wellness to deserve a life that feels embodied, balanced, resilient, and abundant. This is about transforming your personal baseline so you can show up in your existing life, career, relationships, with unshakeable energetic boundaries and absolute sovereignty.
What is your Make Up Policy?
We aspire for a minimum class size of at least 2 students. If any part of the training is cancelled by the instructor, your class fee will be applied towards the next class of your choosing.
Anyone who attends the Hybrid Path and misses the In-Person Attunement Ceremony may schedule a 1:1 attunement with Jennifer virtually or in-person for an added fee.
All virtual meetings will be recorded with full student access so you may return to any missed section of your program at any time.
What is your Refund and Cancellation Policy?
Life can be beautifully unpredictable, and unforeseen circumstances happen to us all. I hope you'll understand the reality of running an intimate, small business means I must also protect my own livelihood. I want your enrollment in this program to feel like a completely aligned, joyful choice. If you have any hesitations or questions before you dive in, please feel free to email or call me. I am here to help you ensure this is the perfect fit.
Legal Non-Refundable Policy
Due to the highly intimate nature of the Program, the reservation of the Instructor's dedicated 1:1 time, and the immediate digital delivery of proprietary intellectual property and materials, all payments (including initial deposits, full pay-in-full amounts, and payment plan installments) are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Once payment is processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to: withdrawal from the program, scheduling conflicts, illness, personal or financial emergencies, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the material.
