Yin Lab is a small-group, 75min wellness experience which blends guided flow-state meditation, gentle yin yoga, and Reiki healing.
Flow-state meditation
Flow state meditation is a guided meditation which brings you back into energetic alignment so you feel grounded, open and more connected with life.

Yin Yoga
We use a gentle Yin Yoga practice which gently stretches the fascia, connective tissue surrounding your muscles. This fascia can hold stored energy, so by stretching it we can release stagnation while keeping our joints lubricated and muscles conditioned.

Reiki healing
Hands-on Reiki healing is used throughout the experience to help soothe your nervous system.

Small Group
With only 6 people per class, this offers lots of time for 1:1 attention & Reiki healing!

What is Yin Yoga?
Yin Yoga is a gentle, passive stretching form of yoga which is incredibly beneficial for lengthening the connective tissue around the joints and muscles. In Yin Yoga we focus on allowing the stretch vs. more active yoga poses. Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, bones, and even the joints of the body that normally are not exercised very much in a more active style of asana practice.

Who will be hosting Yin Lab?
Jennifer Brinn, Reiki healer & teacher is a Registered Yoga Teacher, RYT and has been leading restorative forms of yoga since 2016.

What is the cancellation policy?
Due to the small-group, all classes are non-refundable, but your spot may be gifted on to someone else.
